Ballet and Cover Phonics Teacher
Laura is delighted to be covering classes at The Onyx Space.
She attended the Royal Ballet School before dancing professionally, performing at the Royal Opera House, Sadlers Wells and theatres across Europe and in America.
Miss Laura later graduated as a Primary School Teacher and now has almost 30 years experience teaching in London schools.
Cover Ballet Teacher
Allison is originally from Washington D.C. in the United States. She began dancing at the age of 5 at her local studio Arlington Center for Dance. As a child she focused heavily on ballet and also studied modern, contemporary and character dance.
Upon graduating from high school, Allison attended the University of Utah, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet.
When Allison finished university, she danced roles in The Nutcracker and in original works by Danielle Diniz and Shani Robison. It was at this time that Allison discovered her love of teaching and began working with students aged 4-18.
Allison is now studying her Master's course at Roehampton University in Dance and Embodied Practice.
Performing Arts and Street Dance Teacher
Savannah-Raé has taught the arts to children and young people aged 3-18 across London, Essex, Surrey, Belgium and France.
Savannah-Raé started ballet at the age of four then enrolled into performing arts just four years later. At the age of 16 she attended a full time performing arts college where she studied acting, singing, ballet, jazz, commercial dance and graduated with a level 3 extended diploma in Performing Arts. At this tender age Savannah-Raé became a performing arts teacher.
In 2020, she graduated with a BA (Hons) Acting from the London College of Music and has since started her acting career.
Performing Credits include: The Secret Love Life of Ophelia (Greenwich Theatre), As You Like It (New Normal Festival), The Middle (The Park and Pleasance Theatre), NHS Campaign, Hot Spud and Smiland (Pickles Theatre Company) and Grime Kids (BBC Three and BBC iPlayer).
Cover Performing Arts Teacher
Miss Olga is delighted to introduce children and young people to the magical world of the arts!
Originally from Poland, Olga trained as a professional musician with a specialisation in the prestigious Dalcroze method.
She then moved to London and graduated from the University of West London with a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre. During her training she studied piano, music theory, ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, singing and acting.
Credits include: Merrily We Roll Along and performing at the Don’t Dramatize Theatre Festival.
Phonics Teacher
Simone is a qualified teacher with 20 years teaching experience in all primary key stages (EYFS, KS1 and KS2) specialist teaching and private tuition (SEN and mainstream).
She is a former assistant head teacher and has taught across London and surrounding areas.
